Carallel offers two membership options, each designed to support caregivers in meaningful ways:

• Digital Membership ($9.99/month): Includes unlimited access to Carallel’s Companion app on mobile or desktop. The app offers 24/7 tools and resources to support caregivers, including personalized action plans, circle of care coordination, and access to educational webinars on a variety of caregiving topics.
  
  

• Premium Membership ($34.99/month): Includes everything in the Digital Membership plus regular 1-on-1 access to Carallel Care Advocates—caregiving experts who personally guide you on your caregiving journey. Connect with Care Advocates via phone, email, or chat, whichever works best for you.

The subscription includes unlimited users. The care recipient, anyone providing care, and circle of care can all access Carallel under one subscription.

Premium subscribers will have the opportunity for 30-minute meetings with their Care Advocates two times a month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for any prior payments.
